Can I tour the facility?

 

For safety and comfort to our furry clients, non-employees are not allowed beyond the reception area. You can view the large indoor/outdoor play area through our viewing window. We are happy to have potential clients stop by for a visit. Please call to schedule an appointment.

What are the business hours for Run Dog Run?

 

 Daycare hours are 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, 7 days per week. 

 

All overnights must be in by 5:00 pm to ensure your dog has time to settle in for the evening.

We are closed to the public on the following holidays:  Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.  

Do I need to provide vaccination and spay and neuter records?

 

Yes, we must have up-to-date vaccination records on all dog. All dogs must be up to date on Rabies, Distemper, Parvo and Bordetella.  Additionally, all dogs over six months must be either spayed or neutered to attend dog day care. Your vet can email your dog's vaccination records directly to our email.

What if my dog needs medication or special treatment

 

If your dog needs medication during daycare hours, we are happy to administer it. All medications must be in the original container with clear labeling for the correct dosage. We ask that the medication comes in a ziplock bag, with the family name and dog name on labels. If medication is for a contagious ailment, your dog cannot return to daycare until a veterinarian's approval.
